Great place, very helpful and understanding. We needed to put our senior dog down last year. We went to one place first, and they made us wait almost an hour in their parking lot before telling us they couldn't do it. We had to make an appointment.
Heart broken that my dog was suffering. We drove to East Hills Veterinary Hospital, spoke to receptionist who put us in a room. Vet came in and examined out dog and recommended we put him down. They took him back gave him medicine and wrapped him they came back and explained the process and asked if my kids wanted to stay or leave the room. We all stayed by my pup side till the end. I will alway recommended East Hills Veterinary Hospital. I now take my new pup to them.
My Cashy would never let me brush his teeth. His breath was so bad and his teeth looked awful. I certainly thought that most of his teeth would need to get extracted. Dr. Pieper informed me that they wouldn’t know how many teeth they needed to remove until they put him under and got in there. Dr. Pieper called me to let me know that they only had to extract 5 teeth and removed all the bacteria from the rest of the teeth. She even took before and after pics that she later shared with me. I was truly amazed! His teeth look great! His bad breath is gone! And he’s got healthy teeth now which I will do my job to maintain from now on. Dr. Pieper and all the staff at East Hills have been awesome! Thank you for taking such great care of my little dogson.
Staff is caring and professional. Very accommodating to urgent appointments and special needs. Dr. Bishop is the best, my dogs love her. They're actually excited to come to the office because of how well they're treated. Prices are affordable compared to most other offices.

Almost left here today with my dog still bleeding. Blood started dripping while loading her up in my car. Had to go back in so she can get staples. This place is so expensive, and they will try to up sell every chance., they found an ear infection and also more charges showed up on the final bill on top of the meds for her ear infection. I guess that’s how it works here. Yeah, this is probably my last time here.. can’t be this expensive to get a pitbull spayed. $758 paid to get her out.
Last week I tragically lost my one year old kitty Minnie due to a heart condition. I brought her in with urgency because I thought she was choking on something she swallowed but doctor Pieper and the staff broke the news to me that she wouldn’t make it. It was devastating but I have to thank East Hills Veterinary Hospital for being so kind and patient with my grief. Thank you all so much for giving Minnie the best possible care in her final moments. They truly went above and beyond in everything.

I absolutely LOVE this vet clinic. The staff is always amazing, helpful and welcoming. We live in Napa but make the trip every time to see Dr. Danny who by the way is AWESOME! I own frenchies which are known to be a very delicate breed and I wanted to make sure both myself and my pups felt comfortable with our vet before I trusted anyone to put them under from all of the horror stories I've heard. For both a cherry eye and a spay surgery I was able to leave the clinic with peace knowing my babies were in great hands. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
